At Mountain Center, one of our primary goals is to add quality to the lives of all of our patrons. You don't have to be an elite athlete to enjoy your best health. You don't even have to be young! Our programs for seniors are designed to help mature people build strength and flexibility in a comfortable environment. You will be with peers who are focused on similar wellness goals. Don't worry about committing to a lengthy program, either. You are welcome to come and check out a class without having to sign up for anything. Our Sunrise class tends to be quite popular with seniors in our area.
